Decree of divorce — 'S' filed a petition seeking dissolution of the marriage by grant of a decree of divorce pleading cruelty before the Principal Judge, Family Court-'S' has led no evidence of 'P’ having embroiled him in a criminal case. His allegations therefore that by threatening to implicate him in criminal cases 'P’ caused mental cruelty to him have rightly been held to be not established by the learned Judge Family Court — There are no allegations that 'P' humiliated 'S's parents or his friends or that in front of his friends 'P' humiliated or assaulted him — Appeal stands dismissed.

तलाक का आदेश - 'एस' ने प्रधान न्यायाधीश, पारिवारिक न्यायालय के समक्ष क्रूरता का तर्क देते हुए तलाक के आदेश द्वारा विवाह विच्छेद की मांग करते हुए याचिका दायर की - 'एस' ने 'पी' द्वारा उसे किसी आपराधिक मामले में उलझाने का कोई सबूत नहीं दिया है। इसलिए उसके आरोप कि उसे आपराधिक मामलों में फंसाने की धमकी देकर 'पी' ने उसके साथ मानसिक क्रूरता की है, विद्वान न्यायाधीश पारिवारिक न्यायालय द्वारा सही रूप से सिद्ध नहीं किए गए हैं - ऐसा कोई आरोप नहीं है कि 'पी' ने 'एस' के माता-पिता या उसके दोस्तों को अपमानित किया या उसके दोस्तों के सामने 'पी' ने उसे अपमानित किया या उस पर हमला किया - अपील खारिज की जाती है
